Kate's Place is a 4 Bedroom, 2-1/2 Bath, 1891 Victorian Home which has been meticulously restored & decorated to reflect it's unique heritage, within walking distance of historic downtown Grass Valley, in the heart of the Gold Country. An excellent location for a romantic getaway, group gatherings, etc.. Our beautiful backyard garden patio is wonderful for relaxing evenings with friends & loved ones. Sitting & swinging on the front porch, chatting with neighbors as they walk by, takes one back to more relaxing and friendly times. Preparing your own meals in our gourmet equipped kitchen & adjacent BBQ areas can be a true delight. We are confident you will enjoy, as much as we do, the comfort & ambience of our lovely home on historic Kate Hayes St.

We have strived to maintain a comfortable environment for our guests with 4 bedrooms; Large Master bedroom with Cal King Bed, Queen bedroom & 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each with superior quality mattresses, linens, towels & amenities provided. 2-1/2 Baths; Master Bath w/Huge Double Shower, Main Bath with Full Tub/Shower Combo between Queen & Twin Bedrooms, 1/2 Bath shared by all!!!
